Affidavit: Ightermurrough Parish

Memorialist has been prevented from taking active steps for the enforcement of the arrears due by the state of disturbance and agitation in which the country has been for some time and by the refusal of his men to attend the Quarter Sessions to obtain decrees. But the facts which took place in the case of Mr Freeman are sufficient to show that even if decrees were obtained they would not be productive.
