  To Peter Judd's eldest daughter 5, my son Joseph Kelly to pay this. To my stepson William Kelly one shilling. To my said son Joseph Kelly one shilling. To my daughters Mary Fuller and Sussanna Jenkinson all remainder for their lives and then to their children, and for want of such issue the same then to go to my surviving grandchildren. Executors Joseph Inman and Peter Judd.
  Dated 10 Sept. 1722.
  Witnesses: John Scott, William Sumner, public notary.
Inventory in possession of Peter Judd, made by Michael Mitchell and John Butler, 19 Feb. 1730. Lists of debts due and debts desperate and valuation of household goods. Hearth money for nine hearths 18/0.

  My friends Joseph Inman, Dublin, clothier, and Peter Judd, Dublin, tallow chandler, executors. To my son William Kelly 5. To my wife Mary Kelly the little new slate house that I built for myself [situation not mentioned], one half of all household goods and one quarter of rest of my estate. To my other three children Joseph, Mary and Susanna all remaining part of my effects when 21 or on day of marriage. My friends Abell Strettell, Dublin, merchant, and Thomas Bewley, Dublin, tallow chandler, overseers.

Inventory by Thomas Gorsuch, appraised by Thomas Boreman and William Waile. Valuations of household goods, linen and furniture. "In the work shopp eight looms, Reeds and harnesses, three wheels and a mill 9.0.0," linen yarns, "fine Scotch yarns" at from 18d. to 12d. per pound, "spittle washed" as 10-1/2d. per pound, 61 pounds dyed with logwood at 10-1/2d. per pound. "Linnen cloath in the house and Bleach in the yard" includes "linnen cloath for shirting" 9-1/2d. per yard. Utensils in the "bucking house" "boylers," tubbs, etc. Two tunn of coales 1.10.0. Account of Thomas Gorsuch exhibited 1715.
